Has anyone used this light before its on Amazon for cheap and was thinking of buying it ??just trying to keep some zoas and maybe hard corals

Maybe not the hard corals but zoas I have right now

Like the wattage of the chips and the spectrum.
I think from I see it would work good for a fish only tank
