Lighting Help!!!!!!!!!!

I came home this afternoon to one side of my tank dark. So I switch the bulbs around and no go. If you look at the bulb it looks like it wants to fire because I see electricity in it. I have a dual 400w halide ballast using lumenmax reflectors. Please help.

try to clean all the contacts and make sure the bulb is in nice and tight

Do you all think its the reflector or the ballast?

it could be the ballast. try to back out the bulb just a smidge and try again

I figured it out. My reflector wires inside of it burned up. So I have purchase a new one asap. What reflector right now is the best to get?
