I have a BioCube 29 and 14 that I have retrofit with AI Sol BLUE lights, I am trying to figure out what the percentages of white, blue, and royal blue should be for my reef tank. What will help my zoas and other coral thrive? Any help will be appreciated! thanks

It’s been awhile since I had the ai sols probably like 10yrs ago. Lol. I would start around 25 - 35%. Give the corals a week or two to acclimate. If they look ok, ramp the lights a bit higher

Ideal for this smaller space would be 55% blue, 18% white and 65% royal blue.
Obviously start lower settings and ork your way up to the suggested settings.

These are/were very popular lights, especially for the age. Some of the locals will nearly commit a homicide to buy used ones when they come on the market. You have to keep the whites low else they can burn corals. If you do ever want to increase the whites, then go REALLY slow like maybe a percent or two every week and wait to look for any issues.

Sol's are killer lights! I ran 2 over a 90 gal. It's been a while, but I think my settings were white 20%, blue 40%, and royal 60%

well I would be interested! I am looking at getting a 180 tank in the near future and would love to use just one type of lighting system, if you want to PM me we can discuss price.

I have 2 AI sol blues (black) with 70 degree optics on the four corners, 2 controllers (no black knobs) and 1 white sol nano. See pictures, one Sol blue has two lights on one puck and one light on a different puck out. It still produces high par. Looking to sell fast before throwing them on ebay. Please pm if interested. Have no issue selling separately. Thanks
