I have a bow/half moon 150g that is:
57 1/4 in. WIDE
28 in DEEP
29 in ACROSS (at the widest part of the curve)

Looking for suggestions on lighting that are affordable and will give me the light coverage I need without breaking the bank. I've been told 1 AP700 would be enough but I'm afraid it would have shadowing on the ends. Also looking at AI hydras.

Thanks in advance. New to the hobby. We've had the tank going on 2 years now. The tank was given to us from my wifes aunt and uncle who moved and we took it over. Looking to revamp some older hardware on it.

Corals:
GSP
Zoas
Frogspawn
Toadstool and other leathers
Mushrooms
Acan
Candy Cane
Cabbage leather
Entrusting Monti

Pic is from about 6 months ago.

I too have black boxes and didn't find great success.
I am switching to aquatic life T5s sold just about everywhere online. In expensive, simple and have options to expand later. At least that's what Ive found in forums and youtube.
Im looking forward to them arriving.

Would love to hear other options and if anyone has had success with the aquatic life T5 option.

From your profile picture, I'd say you're either active duty or a vet. Welcome Brother! As far as lighting goes, it may be a little challenging to find just the right fixture to give even coverage without too much light spilling into the room. We have a lot of really smart folks here that I'm sure can help you out. Unfortunately, I'm not real smart. While you're here, you should go to the "Meet and Greet" section and introduce yourself.
Edit: Oh. Awesome looking tank!

Thank you. I did 6 years in the Army. We are not worried mut about light spill. We honestly just leave our house lights off and leave the fish tank on. Cool little ambience that my wife especially likes. Looks at AI or Radions. Just trying to figure out how many I need for coverage. I will also be sure to head over to Meet and Greet. Thanks!
