Lighting problems

So my lights came on to day and maybe a hour in two of my bulbs shut off and anouther two is flickering I have a 72" current fixture with 8 t5 bulbs and 3 250 watt mh any thought to whereing can get them also new fans for the fixture or does anyone have any? Thank you

Sounds like a ballast issue. I would contact current about the ballast. The fans you may be able to get from a electronic store depending on what they look like
