I think I made a mistake when I reprogrammed my radion leading to a big increase in intensity. I've already lost a small birdsnest and many of my other corals look stressed. What is the best way to try to nurse the corals back to health (if possible). Should I leave the lights off for a day or two then a slow ramp up? I would appreciate any help.

Don't turn the lights off, that will make things worse. Lower the photoperiod and/or intensity until they get their color back. You may have to move some down to the sand bed if they are still not responding well.
