Lighting question

I have a 40 gallon breeder and an led light. The light has 60 white 10000k 0.5 watt, 6 blue 460nm 0.5 watt 3960 lumen. Will i be able to keep an anemone with this lighting?

depends on how high up the light is. It should be sufficient though if its not too high. if they are reaching a lot or trying to crawl to the very top of the tank you would have to consider supplementing it.

The light sits on the aquarium frame. Thanks for your quick reply.

Should be good then. just place them on a rock right in the middle of the light and they should crawl up to the right height for them. If they go all the way to the top may need some supplements.
