Guys, give me your opinion. I have a 90 gallon tank with a sunpod 48" light fixture with 2 (150W) metal halide lights. I have a chance to pick up another identical fixture for a pretty good price. I was wondering woud that be too much light and how would 2 of those fixtures look on my tank? Thanks

Personally I dont think it would help much. You really need to upgrade to 250 watt halides if you want to get more light. you wouldnt be adding anymore par or depth penatration with the extra halides.
What are the demintions of your tank?

Ya, definatly wouldnt benefit you to add another set right next to what you already have. It isnt like it seems, It wont be doubling your light output, it would just make it wider and in a 20" tank you dont need any wider than your current fixture is already capable of. your halide can cover 20" front to back, so adding another one next to it just wouldnt be necessary.
