Lighting question

I have a 55 gallon tank and just recently put LED coralife lights on it. I'm wondering if I can keep my blue lights on for longer than ten hours? The light fixture also has rpg lighting. How long should that be on? I'm a rookie at this and am not sure what rpg is so a brief explanation would be helpful. I inherited the tank and it has a few fish and mushrooms. It's been neglected a bit but the fish seem happy ☺. It's 12 yrs old with crabs and snails too. Thanks for your help!

My blues stay on for 12 hrs. With few hours of ramping up and down on both ends.

Thank you. That's what I have the blues set for and 10 hours on the white lights. It seems the algae is growing quicker now. Most like;y because I have better lighting on the tank. Thanks again!
