Hey all, I am new to the forum but have been reefing about 5 years. I am in the process of new tank setup (graduating to a real tank, lol). My question is, I am setting up a 90 gallon and have chosen two AI 32’s for lighting, can anyone share a successful schedule that they have had good results with. I need lights to come on around 6:30am and would like to have on till around 8:30pm. will I be safe by doing longer ramp times to extend viewing time. All though I have been keeping fish for more than 20 years, mostly fresh water, I still feel like a rookie at reefing. All input is appreciated. Thanks

During setup and cycle, your going to want to keep light to a min.
Once cycled we want to start with low intensity, short photoperiod, and as each month progresses, increase the intensity and photoperiod, but the total photoperiod should not exceed 12 hours. Corals also need rest from their photosynthetic process.
