Lighting recommendation

Since I had to change from a 7g (it cracked right after I cleaned it), to a 20g, will a Zetlight Pico light be enough for a tank with GSP, blue clove polyps, and Xenia? Maybe some Duncans; this is going to be a softie/low light only tank.
