Lighting recommendations for a 30 tank

2.5 A 30g sumpless and a 55g sumped. And a 14g coral QT

I never update and the 55 ive never done a thread on.

you're rock looks really nice I think thats my least favorite thing about my tank right now... Cheap lights make all the corals look the same and the rock is just that nasty green/brown coral with lil tan/white from the rocking coming through... its starting to get a dark red/purple but it's gonna be some time...
