Lighting Schedule 32 Gallon Biocube...

I know this has been hammered ad nauseum...but I'll bring it up again. I've read so much and got quite a bit of advice from my LFS...

What is a recommended for time for each light for a reef tank with fish, inverts and softies.

Also, is it ok for the blue lights (L2) to overlap with white lights (L1)? I have no idea what L3 does...

Fist and inverts do not need much light.
