I have a 32g biocube was wondering if this setting will be ok at 13” above tank. Atm I have bubble tip nems and a mushroom.

Both of the creatures you mention have the ability to move if they are unhappy with the lighting or flow. Best bet is to try it and see. Use the acclimation mode and watch to see how the nem and coral react as the light increases.

On a related note, how long has your tank been set up?

Interesting. When I was doing my own schedule I tried to mimic the sun. Peaks were toward early morn/midday... If it helps I run a prime 16 hd on 40b and have a bta and rhodactis both thriving using the Saxby preset turned up to 80%
