Lighting Schedule/Intensity Help

Hi everyone! I have a 180 gallon set up with 3 AI Prime's. I'm trying to find a good schedule to set up for my tank and what intensity and levels I should have. Help!

BRS has a video about it for recommended setting I have multiple AI and run them on that schedule and corals are thriving! This is it and what I run.

I have a 180 and currently have two evergrow fixtures and have never been happy with them. Would like to get ai prime. Which ones do you all have and are you happy with them
