Id be happy to try and help, but some additional info might be helpful!

What brand is that fixture?
Do you know how many watts it is in total? (how many leds at how many watts is each?) I suspect they are 3 watt leds.
How deep is your tank?
What kind of corals do you have and what are your future plans for corals?

The brand is viparspectra, i think it’s 120w in total but not to sure I’ll attach the little sticker that’s on the light. & theres 51LEDs not sure how many Watts in each. My tank is 40gals. 1ft 1/2 deep. And the light is 8in on top of It. I only have soft corals in there. Hammer heads, zoas, mushrooms & a bubble coral.

I would hang the lights atleast 12" off your water to reduce hotspots and start at 10% white and 30% blues.

Best to rent out a par meter and tweak the settings to the par numbers you want

Raising the fixture some is a good idea if it doesn't create a lot of light 'spilling' outside the tank.

Given an 18" deep tank and a Viparspectra fixture, I'd suggest starting at 50% blue and 20 or 30% white (adjust to your taste in color). Over the next couple of months you might bump it up a bit more Getting your hands on a PAR meter is also a good idea.
