what controller do you use if one at all? With the GHL profilux you will be able to do it all with the new PWM total control 4 module.. It will do what you want ran off the ELN P series driver...

What is the point of the lightning storms? I have some AI fixtures coming and noticed their controller simulates storms but I really don't know what the point is?

no point other then coolness factor LOL.. I have had the AI setup for a yr on my office cube running off GHL. People that come in r like what the heck when its storming in the tank.. Very cool but useless as far as anything productive to the tank. The cloud cover and stuff is very cool also.

make sure you got a lid!!!!! flickering like that stresses the fish and they tend to jump out.... my lfs was telling me one night he was there late and we had a thunder storm the flashes made a bunch of the fish in there tank jump.... kinda wierd but i believe him because i had this problem when my tv was near my tank at one point... now they have there own room where the tv flicker can't be seen and i have seen no problems....

Yea I have a mesh top now. I did happen to lose a few fish to jumping before the net though, pair of platinum's and a mystery wrasse and a few anthias. Non seem strange accept the plats. I have talked to a few others that have had there plats jump out also though.
