Lighting strong enough?

I recently bought 2 Nicrew Hyperreef 30 lights for my 20 long aquarium. If anyone has these lights can you tell me what settings you are running. Right now I have 4 whites, 1 red, 1green, and 12 blues on. There is only one Florida Ricordea frag in the tank.

They are a bit weak but I think it should be fine for softies. Run the blue at the max and the white at whatever you like. I am guessing you are using the included arms?
