Lighting suggesting

Hello,

I have a small 10 gallon reef aquarium that has orange mushroom coral, live rock and a clown fish. I am thinking about changing the light I have on the tank and was interested in a par38 bulb. How strong of bulb would I need. Also where is the best place to try and get a flex arm fixture for the tank. It does have a black rim around the tank.

I dont see what kind of mount it comes with. No 100% sure a single par 38 will cover the whole tank.
It would depend on the dimensions of the tank.
