Lighting suggestions for 20G Sump/Refugium

I'm looking for a light for my 20 gallon sump/refugium for a tank I'm going to be setting up, it needs to be able to grow macroalgae and preferably something that clamps on to the sump that is good and reliable, thanks! I was looking at the eshopps light but it has terrible reviews on Amazon

You can get a clamp on at the local hardware store. Throw a 6500k LED bulb and call it a day. Cheapest option you can go also.
 
I reallly like PAR38 LED bulbs, they have better efficiency because they are focused to where you want the light. I have and really like this bulb, but I cannot speak to its long term use as I got it recently:

I also have a pure blue/red PAR38 bulb that I've used for a while and it works quite well growing algae:
