lighting switch

So my current lighting set up is 3 400W radiums run on galaxy ballasts. I really like the color, but, I have a new tank and would like to grow my frags out a bit, then possibly switch back to the radiums. I am thinking of trying out the reeflux 12ks to get a bit better growth. Anyone have opinions on these (or others)? Thanks for the help.

Xm10ks are beasts!!!! They will grow and bleach coral in a hurry lol.... Just have to put up with a real yellow look for awhile....

I have the Reeflux 20k 250w and they look more like a 14k bulb. I have read that the 12k are white

Doesn't look to yellow in the pic but after staring at 20ks for years these scared me for awhile lol....this is when I ran them...

I have one of the old oceanic 180 tanks that has the massive glass bracing over the center. Maybe I'll try a XM10K over the center.

Make sure the lamp is up high so it don't cook that brace and crack it.... Sure you prolly already know that...
Btw that was my last tank I got a bigger one now but it's a standard box.... Lol
