I'm of a belief in acclimating corals to light change, so here is what I'd do. The sunrise and set, along with the blues shouldn't be a big concern, it's the whites that will cause you grief. Ramp those white lights up, start at 1-2 hrs a day and add 15min every 3-4 days until you get up to around 5 hrs.
Just watch your corals and for algae. Adjust according to how your corals react to the change, if they seem irritated and don't open after you up the time, back it down for another day or two. If they open a little less after upping the time, give them an extra day or two until the next increase.
As far as what will grow under the Bio LEDs, LPS will do ok under them. I had mushrooms, duncans, euphyllia, and even some favia/favites going in mine.
