Okay par and lux.? Vs UV. If say there is a link I could be shown where there is an entire discussion on those different types of lighting and what they do.

Thanks guys. I've never learned so much about salt water than I have within the past 3 weeks. This site has been a great help too. I also have a good book on salt water aquariums. I'm really leaning towards the reefbreeder V2. Expensive but looks like a high quality light. Looks like it should do everything I need it to plus more. I think I may also need to find a good LED light for my refugium now. I currently have a cheap fluval 13-watt, 6400K compact fluorescent. I know chaeto and other macros grow good under better lighting. You guys think I should just stick with this 13 watt in my 12 gal refugium or upgrade?

Orphek has a ton of information about led lighting.
Led lighting can be tricky and suggest a PAR meter for fine tuning.

Placed my order for the v2 Saturday. Left numerous emails and voicemails with not one reply. I think this is strange and not good for a business.

What's your email? I answered them all this afternoon and will answer any new ones again tonight. I will also check my spam folder tonight.

I was at frag farmers market this weekend so I fell a couple days behind on phone calls.

I see one email from 12:30 pm today, I forgot to call you. I don't see any messages or missed calls from the number listed in my phone, did you use a different number to call?

I was on the phone for a few hours getting back to people and stopped to eat a late lunch after 5, then skyped with my engineer after that. Also, I did not answer the email since you asked me to call with no specific question, in that case I usually wait to call instead of answering the email. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, I am usually on top of communication but it is tough when I have a tradeshow over the weekend.

I see- if you replied to the receipt you will not get a response. It says specifically in that receipt to email me directly at [email protected], the automatic email is a do-not-reply email and I do not get those emails. The only email I have from you because of that was this afternoon.

Totally understand. Lloyd said that was strange, that you are normally on top of things. I sent you an email again with my questions. We as business owners have to have some time off to don't we. I tend to forget this myself that small business owners have a life too! I apologize getting to anxious.

Nah man! Not much anyone can do to make me mad except tell me my lawnmower blenny is ugly. Then we're gonna have a problem on our hands. LOL!
