I'm having some lighting issues. All soft corals. Small 54 gallon tank. Hydra 52 HD. All color levels at 39% but doesn't seem like my corals are growing. Recommendations?

Softies appreciate dirtier tanks. I run a clean system and my softies grow extremely slow. Your lightning may be fine. Test for nitrates and phosphates.

Why are you blaming lighting? So many factors go into coral growth. How long has the tank been up? What are your water parameters? What is your flow? Are you feeding?

For lighting, what are your PAR readings? How long is your peak lighting cycle? 39% doesn't mean much alone. If it is your lighting, you need to borrow a PAR meter and take readings.

Yes all parameters come into play.
You can also use a lux meter on the cheap to set the light.
40% on the hydra may be quite low. Esp depending on how high over the ligjts are.

Devide Lux by 60 to get an estimate for par.
