Honestly I would highly recommend to borrow a par meter from a local fish store or fellow hobbyist and check the readings.
Then make changes. Any lighting fixture can be too much or too less you just have to find the sweet spot.
Now a days Led are popular and are very much adjustable and flexible on colors and strength. Even for them you need to measure PAR to find the best settings.
Radion are top of the line
Aquaillumination hydras are equally good owned by same company.
There’s a lot of variables to consider. What type of corals do you have and what is your budget?
Well depending on the type of anemone that you are looking to get they require a high light demand so it would be beneficial to get a high output LED (if you want to stay with LED’s that is). AI/Ecotech/Kessil/NanoBox all have really nice lights that could get you what you want but be ready to spend a little money on them. Rock flower anemones don’t require as much light so you could get away with a cheaper light potentially with themRight now I have a couple zoas but I want to look into getting some anemone
