Black box led's or check around for used of all types. It really depends on what kind of a tank you want to have.

As above you really need to know what you want to keep in the tank before making equipment decisions

I have a 20 gallon tank set up with 2 clowns and a twin spot blenny, I just want to get some corals

The cheapest option would be a bracket light, but they don't last too long in my experience. Next step up is a black box, search Amazon for 165 w reef light, for under $100, you just have to mount it to the ceiling.
