Depends in tank size, depth...

Red sea 50 is not that powerfull, so, i bet, 100% all channels.... Unless small/shalow tank....

How many gallon of your tank and how about your tank's depth?
More details can be for more exactly light setting.
My lighting is Hygger 918 red blue white light 20W, you can take a reference:
36 inch width tank:
I set the blue light 10% at night and bule white 50% on the evening, RBW natural mode on day for 8 hours, it will auto gradually weaken through adapter setting.
