Hi everyone!! After about year and a half I’ve decided to do FOWLR. My tank is 125 Gallons and I’m running two radions (a gen 4 and a gen 5, both XR30) any suggestions on what my light schedule look like? intensity, ramping up and down, how long should they be on etc…?
Thanks!!

Set them up to your liking as far as schedule and color. Fish don't need light so to speak. All they need is a day / night cycle (IMO) and they can get that from ambient light as long as they are in a room with windows. My goal if I ran a fowlr would be lighting to make the fish look good but not grow a lot of algae ;)

I have 3 Kessil ap9x units on my 180 right now because it started as a reef and then went to FOWLR. I only run them at about 20 percent intensity and as already mentioned it’s more for visual appeal. I’ll probably sell these units and run much smaller leds for my 360 gallon. So yeah run those radions sparingly.
