I have a 75g tank. Lots of other fish, 10 before the clowns, including a pair of ocellaris that are in the sump/refugium.

Day 0: got the anemone(gbta). Got the small ~2" lightning maroon clownfish (lmc). Introduced over night about an hour after lights out. Ibha e a blue moonlight so it's never total darkness.

Day 1:
AM: woke to find small lmc in anemone! Yay!. Going to pick up the ~4" lmc.

Its noon and the 4" female, (cause the other submitted. But more on that later)is in the tank and has finally seen the male. At first the little guy did the whole shaking and dominance dance, ended it in 10sec. Submitted as far as I can tell. The female has not attacked the male nor chased him or anything. Right now the male is trying to lure the female to the anem. She's not ready to make the jump just yet. Hovers about 6" away from anem.

Sounds and looks good so far! Good luck! Lol I guess this is one way to keep two clown pairs in the same system. XD

The other clowns are in fuge, once the female jumps in the anem, if ever(but hopefully the male helps her); then, and only then will I attempt the double pair. But not holding my breath I've rolled snake eyes and box cars so far, not trying to rush it. Although everything is ahead of schedule. Even got an acclimation box and didn't need it. I'll try it with the occelaris pair.

Time for the impossible. Now comes the part of adding the ocellaris. Dorn think this is gonna work out. The female is already the charging the fish jail. The male is more or less curious but no agression. The attacks are every few seconds or so.

I had a really bad experience adding additional clowns. Be ready to catch them and remove again.

About 4 hours later moving the occelaris closer to the lmc. Hasn't done anything but glance once in a while. Busy digging up my sand.

After 1 day of fish jail there out and no agression. Occelaris are back in thier corner and the lmc have ignored them. No agression. But then again the lmc have thier hands full with the tank bosses, Stripey the sailfin, and Cupcake the CB.

Nope not gonna work. After 5 min she was on them like flies on poop. Back in fish jail they go.
