You will need more than one. What size is your tank?
How old is the tank, and parameters would help us help you

My tank is 75 gal. 48x18 I have one fluvul smart light ( does not put out uv) just red green blue white. With 10 time points. I have anther light that puts out only blue.
PH 8.4
Alk 280-300
DKH 11
Calcium 430
Nitrate.05 or lower
Nitrite .00
Phosphate.05 or lower
Magnesium ??? Can’t test no tester

I do dose with trace elements & essential elements I don’t have any way to text PAR but feel my lights are for looks not essential PAR

Something has it ticked off but it's not the light. Too much flow, a fish/invert picking at it, another coral stinging it, etc.

No idea if your light is sufficient, but too little won't result in retraction like that.

I only have 3 clowns a crab and a little gravel turner. No nems or other coal around it. This is what it looked like when I bought it about a week ago. Of course this picture was taken from store
