what kind of lighting do I need for my 75 gallon 48x21x18 tank? I'm looking to do fish only with live rock in there as well with one Anemone for the clowns.

If it's fish only with a nem, and given the depth of your tank I'd say go LEDs. You can get more pop in colors out of the fish and nem and they will do fine under LEDs.

I personally like Kessil. For your tank size and what you are planning on keeping, I would go with 2 of the new A160 or even the A360WE.

I hear that's a great light. Will be a whole lot cheaper than the Kessil and should be able to work with what you are trying to do.

You can ramp up and down using the Kessil controller or Apex. I use the Apex for dimming and the lowest I was able to crank down the W version is 10%. My opinion, still a little too bright for moonlight though.

I'm sure they are great lights kind of pricey for my range though. I was reading some reviews on the USA LEDs seem like a decent set of lights however, not bright enough for coral to thrive off of, I just want a nem and fish so I wonder if that will suffice or if the live rock will block the majority of it.

I think you should be able to keep the nem in your tank considering it's only 18" deep. Plus if the nem doesn't feel like it's getting enough light then I'm pretty sure it will move up to get more light by itself. :)
