Lights for a 230 Gallon

So, for reasons relating to the mess that is BC, Canada, I am shopping for new aquarium lights.

These lights will be for my 30” deep 230 gallon. The most light intensive thing I plan to keep in there is a bubbletip. Beyond that, my only requirement is as cheap as possible due to my budget being unexpectedly buggered for foreseeable future, but I need to get this thing running so I can get my fish out of my buddy’s tank before his clown murders my clown.

If you can coax the anemone to stay high in the rockwork, shouldn’t need anything crazy. I’d prob go with t5s or reefbrite strips for something that large without sps

How can a person “coax” and anemone to a certain spot? I have read that you can get them to move by directing flow at them, but no idea how you can get it to stay in say, the top third or whatever.

basically if you just have high enough Rockwork and drop them on top. they'll move down to somewhere more comfortable where they are happy with light/flow. if the Rockwork doesn't fill much of the tanks height though they may be lacking even at the high point
