Hey everyone,

Looking for some help! I am going to be getting a Nuvo 150 lagoon and am trying to figure out my lighting for it. I am interested in the Reef Breeders Photon V2 series and am wondering if you guys think the 32 inch version will be fine if I hang it above the center. The tank measures 48"w x 36"d x 20" h. I figured since it's only gonna be a softies and LPS tank and the rock will be mainly in the center of the tank, not on any of the edges, that light would work. Any thoughts?

I've been using Photon leds for quite a few years now. The 32" will work just as you figured over a 48" tank. Just don't put any high light sps at the ends of the tank.

If you have any questions about Photon V2+, I'm happy to share my opinions or answer questions.

@jp1986 do you have a build thread? I’ve been going back and forth between the 100ext and the 150 INT

same here. I currently have a biocube 32 with a single AI Prime 16HD and was thinking to get multiple to create a grid for the lagoon.

@jman930 No I don't have a build thread yet as I haven't received the tank yet. Will do once I get it. Looks like August.
