Hey everyone,
I am itching to get some new lights over my tank.
I used to have a ReefBreeders Photon 50 V2 over my tank.
I currently have a Giesseman Spectra 48 with two Giesseman 17.5k bulbs, and 2x ATI Blue Plus + 2x ATI True Actinic. Also have 2x Luxcore 400W selectable ballast.
I made the switch to MH originally because I was tired of fiddling with the settings on the ReefBreeders. Now with the Giesseman the growth has been great, but I miss the pop you get from LEDs, and to be honest I also miss the ability to fiddle with the settings, or at least the ability to have a ramp up in the morning and the evening.
So all this being said I am looking to sell either the Photon 50 V2, or the Giessemann Spectra, or both. I'm also open to trades. I don't really have a price in mind yet, really just gauging interest at this point.
I'm thinking I might next try something like AI hydra 52's or something from Kessil. I have an AI Prime over my QT and I'm constantly impressed by the built-in wi-fi control.
