Lights not turning on?

Does anyone know what could be the problem I have 2 AI Primes and today I switched the goosnecks to the steel brackets when I plugged them both in one won’t turn on now! I have took it apart and tried everything but zero signal does anyone know what the issue could be?

Thats the problem, no color is flashing it is completely off i plugged it into another AI Prime power supply that was working and it still would not turn on

I would take off and bring the power supply to a different outlet make sure both the power supply dc port and cable to cable connection is secure. Will also help notice any damages to the cables when not behind tank or inside wire keepers.
