Need some help with lights. I about to get away from LEDs and move to t5, halide, t5 halide combo, or use my LEDs with t5. Looking at ati dimmable 6 or 8 bulb if I go t5 led combo, but after reading some say use halides or halide t5 combo. I would love input and/or pictures.

All of these combos work. It's about budget and the coral you want to keep.
And the heat you need to factor in. If you are newer in the hobby I'd get away from halide for now and go t5 led. It's fun fast easier and keep researching the halide question. Especially color and intensity. Plus heat mitigation.
Really there's not much difference in spectral quality. There are huge success story's using all the lighting technology.

Pacificsun ( kick butt Polish company) Has some VARRY nice t5/led fixtures
You could go with:
PANDORA HYPERION R2+ HYBRID
LEDs in the middle with 1 t5 on ether side.
Or
Pandora Hyperion S X8
Same thing but it got 4 t5s on ether said (8 t5s total)
Their reasonably priced and have more bells and whistles than ATI

I don't mind. I love eye candy.

Do you have a PAR meter? I was not liking my LEDs until I found a good schedule and used a PAR meter to fix a problem I was having with multiple coral placement. I agree the T5 and LED would be an awesome combo. The T5 would help provide more even coverage across the tank. The ones I have been thinking about are...
