Lights

I am looking into setting up my first reef tank. Going to start off with softies and move up to Lps and sps. It's a 3 ft long tank. Would I be better off with 2 ai 16s or 2 red sea 90s

I don’t have either of these lights. The Red Sea has 90 watts each while the ai has 45 watts. If it were me I would go with the Red Sea. Just my 2 cents
