Did I do good for a standard 75 gallon figured I'd have one extra mixed three nothing expensive and enemies mushrooms

That’s a ok deal you will probably want to use all three though. I run 6 over my 210 and still want to add some led bars.
Really you think I would want to run three on a 48-in tank I guess I could then turn them down
 
3 would be ideal and probably wont need to be turned down much, expecially if you have the 2 year old unit over a 75 gallon center brace (assuming rimmed tank?)
 
you could see if he could knock off $80 and sell you two noopsyche and 1-2 reef led bars like orphek or quanta to fill in the extra light and give you extra pop or more white light depending on the color spectrum your eyes like

I have a current USA LED bar now and it doesn't do bad but just not enough so I will probably leave it on

these are very underpowered for reef bars and wont add much par or pop with the noopsyche overpowering their colors. Bars like orphek or quanta are completely different and for more standard sized depth tanks.

Current does work well for low/mid light shallow tanks, just not really designed for pop or par in deeper tanks with low powered leds and no optics
