So after two week cycling my 40 gallons I did a test n came up with this.. I did a ammonia n a nitrite test this my results

What type of rock did you use? Dry or Live or??? What did you use or how did you seed and feed the bacteria? Do you have critters in the tank and if so what? Depending on the answers it is possible that the cycle may not have even started yet...
 
I agree with PDub. If you have seeded tank and don’t have critters your still in cycle mode. Needs to be 0 on both in 24 hrs ..

Yup, still in the very beginning stages of cycling. It is important for you to establish a bacterial colony some way and to feed it as well. Test weekly for the first month or so after a bacterial introduction and more often thereafter. Patience.
