Lime Green on Rocks

Have this lime green on my rocks,not sure if its allergy,or coraline developing...circulating heads have purple coraline spots on them now after brown stuff was on them,not lime green......so was thinking it might be coraline allergy forming up top... was on lower rocks and looks like there now covered in coaline allergy.
