On December 24th 2016 my 135gal gave my first gift of the season. It split at the seam, spilling 70gal of water on the adjacent wall and my wife's carpet. The stands bottom was just mush. I re-built the bottom and applied a three coat system to the inside and bottom of stand. Put all my fish in two 55gal Tupperware containers. Tore out the wall behind the tank and carpet. On April 20th the new 180gal acrylic tank arived, its amazing, it looks like looking through crystal.

I took a week with my Osmosis filter, then added my sand. That is a mistake you should add sand first then water. I was cloudy for a week. Then added the fish that survived. That is another story and has a sad ending. The remaining fish are two Ocellaris clowns; Humma Trigger and Cream Angel. Added fake coral, watch too many TV shows Tanked. Just added three Heniochus Butterfly. My next fish will be a Naso Tang, will getting him in three weeks. I know my tank is doing well, because my clowns are spawning, this is third set of eggs. They get even meaner while nesting. They are nest in the back right bottom corner. Not even the trigger is allowed to back there.
