Lineatus wrasse dying help

Been with me for more than 6 months, till yesterday was completely fine, swimming and eating. Today i found it lying on its side, aint breathing heavily. But is having trouble swimming, and not eating.

Sounds like something internal which is affecting ability to eat and swim.
I would give it a quick (1-2 minute) freshwater dip and then treat with praziPro by Hikari
Also verify:
Salinity
Temperature
Stray voltage

add oxygen too if possible

In that photo you posted it looks like its missing its tail....other wrasses picking on it?

Forgot to mention that on tail why its swimming funny

thanks for prompt response, but sadly its died within couple of hours after that post. Dont know what happened to this fish. It was quarantined, was eating well till yesterday.

When it started to act like this, then other fish started picking at it, which IME all fish do to sick fish. Otherwise was one of the most dominant fish after my purple tang.

Water is also a little too cool. Increase to 26C which is 78 degrees. Sorry to hear of loss- was a beautiful fish !
