Lineatus wrasse has puffy lips

Do any of you have an idea whats wrong and how to treat it. I just noticed his upper lip is puffy like some one punched him in the mouth. Someone said its an infection but wasn't sure what medication to use.
 
pics are the only way someone will be able to help you, if you can take a pic of the afflicted area it would help dramatically.

Looks like an injury that may be infected. I would need to see a clearer pic to better ascertain the severity. Is the wrasse still eating? Minor mouth injuries will usually heal on their own with good water quality and nutrition. However, once infection sets in, things can go down hill rapidly. If you see signs of infection or the fish is having difficulty eating, I would suggest moving him to a hospital/QT tank and treating with a broad spectrum antibiotic such as FURAN-2 and the sooner the better.
