Lineatus Wrasse White Spot / Getting Thinner

This is the best picture I can get, she is eating but not great.

She's been in QT for about two weeks, already made it through a course of General Cure right off the bat, and then EM Erythomycin, and after the spot to the top right of the turd was still there I added PraziPro. Any ideas as to what it is?

The poop is white but not necessarily stringy, she has been preferring to eat fish eggs at the moment

I can't really see the mark you're talking about very well.
I am concerned about the feces and that the fish looks somewhat thin.
I'd probably do a big water change and then feed it frozen food with Focus and General Cure.
Many people would also suggest a freshwater dip to see if that spot falls off, as a fluke would for example.
Some flukes are resistant to prazi. Could be something else though. Another picture would help.

Its hard to see even when it is up to the glass, but I held it against the glass and itlooks like a flap of skin hanging off
