Link to DIY media basket for Fluval / AquaClear 30?

All I'm finding are links to buy them or turn the filter into a fuge. Anyone got a link to mod the basket for media

The stock baskets really don't allow the water to be pushed through media efficiently. There are baskets available that do a better job. I just don't want to pay for it because I have enough material laying around to build one real quick.

Be warned, some of those only look cool.

Some don't actually move the flow at all. It'll still take the path of least resistance. I.e.

No i don't know that one specificly. I did a lot of research and looked at a bunch in person.
I'm pretty mechanically inclined. You can kinda guage by looking at the AQ , the flow comes in from the left and up. A number of them didn't move or distribute the flow at all. The right side (non motor side) of the chamber is always the dead side. So you need the water to go under and then up.

Plastic canvas and two or three rings to hold it up.

Chato.

Plastic canvas doubled up on the left (motor side)side of the output.
Forces water all the way to the other side.

For mech it's similar but my sponge and floss are on top and carbon below

On the fuge rig I kept getting die off on the non motor side. Dead flow side.

I made mine out of plastic canvas super simple. $1.98. Check out the google image search pics.

You've looked at insert basket mod the same way in image searches ? I swap keywords around
