I currently have a Golden puffer, Picasso trigger, horn shark, some damsels, tangs and a majestic angel I'm looking forward to adding either a LIONFISH OR EEL. My concern is that the lionfish will poke my puffer therefore poisoning him? So I'm leaning towards the eel ( plan for him will to make a Pvc tunnel and put him in there but im not sure If he'll attack any of my current fishes)

Google ribbon eel they're my favorite.

A long time ago I vaguely remember reading something about large Angels (as well as another species, maybe Pufferfish?) bothering Lionfish. Maybe someone else can chime in more.
I had a Zebra Eel with similar inhabitants (no shark). I think you would be ok with an Eel. I also used a pvc tunnel.

What'll you feed it? I'll probably buy a x-small or small size if not I'll get a medium

With those inhabitants I'm sure the tank is large enough, my volitan currently has a picasso and majestic angel as roommates, as well as a yellow belly dogface puffer. I've had an assortment of tangs, angels, puffers and triggers with my volitans in a few tanks over 30 years, and never had an issue. I've had a golden puffer with a volitan in one of my tanks years ago, no issues. My current tank is a 210 and my volitan is a solid 12plus". The fish know how to stay out of his way and unless threatened would general not attack. The line up you have would be fine with a volitan.

I'd be more concerned with the addition of the eel, both the eels you are interested in are fang tooth eels, and they do have the capability of taking down any of your fish. These eels have been kept successfully in community tanks, you just have to be careful. Try and get a medium to one on the smaller side, a large mature eel direct from the ocean will cause more concern. Keep them in an observation tank to get them eating dead food, I would do a couple of months. I've seen a dragon eel take down a show size blue tang, although for the most part these are friendly eels, for a fang tooth eel that is.

I've been looking into it and I'm thinking about going with a dwarf lionfish and either a snowflake/zebra eel

Just do careful research on the dwarf lionfish, as feeding can be difficult. I always say; if you are going with a dwarf lionfish, be prepared to feed live food for their entire life, or please don't get one. Because there is never a guarantee you will convert them to eating dead food, and sustain them long term on a dead only diet. And feeding live food in your tank would not be an option.

You Sir are amazing, I'll either go with a volitan lionfish or radiata
