I noticed two days ago that my lionfish wouldn't eat his frozen shrimp. So I just thought he was tired of eating the same food. I fed him some live shrimp and he only ate one. Usually he'd eat at least 3 or 4. Today I noticed this white mark on him. He looked like he was in pain. It's almost like a hole. Has anyone run across this before? Does anyone know how to treat this?

I agree.. I don't think she is going to make it... :(

Keep trying!

Yeah, that looks really really bad. :( The only thing I can think to do is add Furan-2 & Metroplex to the mix.

You could also try performing an acriflavine bath to slow down the progression of the infection: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/acriflavine.282887/

But obviously be very careful when handling a lionfish like that.
