Sorry if my pics look like they're on steroids, I didn't have the proper time to fix the LED effects. But it looks like not all of them are too bad.

Pics are great love the plates those are real nice!
Thanks for the compliment Nova. I have Blue Water Tropicals to thank for most of those plates!

Nice colony of CAR's.

How's the growth of your Candy Apple Oranges?
Thanks Wes! Still one polyp... LOL. The baby went "poof."

Awesome collection of plates man! I was eying that red plate from blue water; good pick up for sure! Where did you snag that rainbow from? it looks amazing as well.

Looking good Darwin! The plates look amazing! I had no idea you had such a nice collection of plates.
Thanks Ricardo! It's new, lol! It's like my new obsession. Couldn't find a nice acantho, so I went with plates. :)

Thanks man, for $90 there was no way I could pass it up. I got it as soon as the sale hit. But the ones Blue Water just emailed me... holy. I'm sorely tempted, lol. Rainbow came from Reef Animals on ebay. They're from Pleasanton.

There are some ridiculous ones today for sure.

I had no idea chalices could have such crazy sweepers. I turned on the lights to take this photo. Some nights they're even longer than this:

Alrighty, got some more sticks! A Saramentosa and something that looks like a dragon, but it's green! I also have two more sticks coming in. I've had my eye on them, and I finally was able to frag a piece for myself! I'm really excited, hopefully they'll heal from fragging by next week.

But here are the goodies, and some other corals I've been light acclimating these past weeks but have been holding off on photos of.

Saramentosa, hard to get a picture that shows its color, so I tried a top down shot and the colors were spot on! PEs are very fluffy on this guy.

Top Down, a gorgeous light green with bright pink tips. $10 frags are amazing at Neptunes.

Green Dragon (correct me if I'm wrong, it's just the colony this frag came from reminded me of it):

Top Down, a nice solid green. I just love the structure:

I'll try to get a picture of the colony eventually.

While taking SPS pics, here's the Pink Lemonade. You can start to see colors are getting back to it. Go go go!

I just love taking photos of these, they're both easily in my top 5 favorite zoas. Can you see the extremely bright Candy Apple Orange underneath?

Here's another update guys. I usually hit up one of my LFS once a month, but life's been busy so I didn't get to swing by last month since they're a bit further away. I woke up and had a sudden urge/gut feeling I should swing by so I did.

They had the craziest discosoma, I wanted it really bad but he said no, it's for growout. I get to have the next one they bring in for sure though, so I'm down. No pics, I completely forgot to get one and it will be awhile until I return.

Anyways, onto the goodies. This is them getting prepped for a quick Bayer dip.:

After the dip, into the tank and getting nice and happy.

I adore this Hoki, I love the green coralites and that nice shade of blue it gets. It's really hard to get the colors right. Unfortunately, I mounted it to show the shaded side of the piece to be on the surface, so enjoy the brown sides. LOL.

Yellow Tenuis (Idk, I just wanted it sideways vs standing):

I like the yellow polyps it has:

I also got a last minute red polyp cap. The mother was a nice light green with really red polyps. Too bad mine doesn't look that great yet. I had no idea where to place it in the tank, so for now it's glued onto the backside of the wall.

Vey nice! The dragon looks a little like an enchinata but I am far from an expert....thanks to you I had to pick up one of those plates from BWTs and an acro should be here tomorrow!

Yup, looks like the Hawkins blue. Lovely acros. Keep up the good work.

lovin the acros, buddy! nice update!
Thanks Pkunk35. I think I've got the stick itch... LOL.

nice well-rounded reef...great job.
Thanks! It sure makes coral placement a lot more difficult having to worry what will sting what.

Perhaps. Don't forget, I'm no expert on SPS either. I just got into this whole stick thing so names I'm still learning. It does resemble one. And haha, those plates were too good of a color and price to pass up! I blame Brian of BWT. Can't wait to see what you scored.

I love your tank man. That shroom is awesome
Thanks KoleTang, hopefully in a few months - a year it looks like its mommy.

So here's the acro in question, this was the colony it came from. Pic was taken with my phone:
