Lipstick tang being strange

Guys not long bought a lipstick tang 3 days ago has been soon fine till I got home and is spinning constantly what's goin on pls help

Spinning in circles...does it ever stop? Does it have a damaged eye or fin?

Never stops spinning think I can see he had poo stuck do fish get constipated ?

What other fish do you have in there?

450 liters isn't a huge tank for an N. elegans/lituratus.

What type of angel?

Did you QT the fish?

How long has your tank been set up?

Quarantine tank. New fish should be held in there for 6-8 weeks to make sure that they are free of parasites and the like. In addition, helps them get over the stress of shipment and gets them eating the foods you use without competition from other fish.

Sounds like a swim bladder problem. That usually does not end well. @Humblefish for better advice on how to proceed/diagnose.
