Liqua gen 5 stage issues

I just added all new cannisters to my Liqua Gen 5 stage 75gpd ro system. Water is coming out the black discharge hose but NOTHING is coming out of the white hose. Not one drop. Any suggestions. TYIA

Check to see if the flush valve is in the off position. It forces water thru the membrane. When open it does not make ro water

Lap..thank you so much for the reply. I actually turned the valve in two positions and nothing.
